You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. tim138 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately via live chat or email.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Outstanding Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon closure. Any eligible Balance will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
tim138 is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. We reserve the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, when a promotional bonus is claimed, or when unusual account activity is detected.

All bonuses and promotional offers provided by tim138 are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, as well as the general provisions set out in this clause. By claiming any bonus, you agree to its specific terms and these general conditions.
Unless otherwise specified, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30 times (30x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal is permitted. For example, a Bonus Fund of Rp 200.000 requires total wagers of Rp 6.000.000 before it becomes withdrawable.
Different game types contribute differently toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10–20%; sports bets at odds of 1.50 or greater typically contribute 100%. While a Bonus is credited to your Account and its Wagering Requirement has not yet been met, the maximum permissible bet per round or event is Rp 50.000. Bets placed in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings without prior warning.
All bonuses that have not been fully wagered within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from your Account. Standard validity periods are 7 days for weekly promotions and 30 days for welcome bonuses. Expired Bonus Funds are non-recoverable.
tim138 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close any Account, if we determine or reasonably suspect that a player is exploiting promotions through systematic low-risk or no-risk wagering strategies (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "matched betting"). This determination is made at the Company's sole discretion.
Players who prefer to deposit and play without any promotional bonus may opt out of bonus offers at any time by contacting our support team. Opting out of a bonus before its Wagering Requirement is met will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds.
tim138 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our discretion, including bets placed by accounts identified as professional bettors, syndicate bettors, or players exploiting pricing errors. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID is issued, it is binding subject to these terms and the applicable game or sport rules.
If a game round or bet is affected by a technical error, software malfunction, or connectivity issue, tim138 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's Balance. Wins arising from technical faults will not be honoured.

In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or multi-accounting, any Balance in the Account — including both deposited funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited in full. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a confirmed breach of these Terms, tim138 will return any eligible Balance (i.e., verified deposits not subject to forfeiture) to the player's last verified payment method within a reasonable period, typically 5–10 business days.
